2022 Negotiation Workshop

As the McFarlane Legal Negotiations Competition 2022 approaches, SPLSS will be running a workshop on what to expect. Negotiations will be run over three weeks, requiring only minimal research on the competitors behalf, during which you will be negotiating with other teams on behalf of your mock client.

The workshop will help show potential competitors how to approach a negotiation, how to use the facts provided to you and how to make the most of your experience.
Whether you compete or not, the skills learnt in this workshop will benefit you in your career and in your degree. The workshop will be run over zoom, so it’s easy to attend and see whether negotiations is a competition that interests you.
