The Paralympics competition starts on Wednesday the 25th, and we are so excited and proud to be able to support two (2) of our very own Student-Athletes as they go for Gold!!! Register for this event to show your support for Tim and Gordon and leave a message of support that we will send the guys on a regular basis. All the details on how you can follow them on their journey are below and let's get behind them and cheer them on as they go for Gold!!!

Gordon Allan (Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science) will be in action first as he competes in Track Cycling.

Friday 27th at 2:20 pm (AEST) Gordon will go for gold in the 1km time trial.
Gordon beat the, prior to today, world record in the event however it was beaten 4 other times so he finished 5th! Amazing effort!!!!

Saturday 28th at 11:30 am (AEST) Gordon competes in the team sprint qualifiers with Medal races taking place at 1:10 pm (AEST)
9th Place with the rest of the team in the sprint and an overall fantastic Paralympic debut for Gordon


Then it's Tim's (Bachelor of Engineering, Honours) turn in the pool. Tim is also coached by recent graduate and now alumni Clinton Camilleri.

Monday 30th at 10:05 am (AEST) (heats) Tim competes in the 100m Backstroke with Finals taking place at 6:10 pm (AEST).
Tim has done it a broken through for his first paralympic medal with a bronze in the 100m Backstroke!!! What a race!!!!

Wednesday 1st Sept at 10:50 am (AEST) Tim competes in the 200 IM with finals at 7:30 pm (AEST)
Tim has done it again, this time Silver!!!!! Amazing Swimming!!!

Thursday 2nd Sept at 10:30 am (AEST) Tim competes in the 100 butterfly with finals at 6:20 pm (AEST)
5th in the Final and a great effort by Tim!!

Friday 3rd Sept at 11:55 am (AEST) Tim competes as part of the medley relay team with final at 9:00 pm (AEST)
Another Silver for Tim with the relay team!!!!
